Owners of the Train Station Pub on Ellis Street in Kelowna have signed a heritage revitalization agreement with the City of Kelowna, which will protect the existing heritage building, garden, plaza and gingko tree.
The restored CN station building received Municipal Heritage designation in 2009 and is a pub and restaurant.
The plan calls for construction of a single-story commercial building and five-story mixed- use building on either side of the tree.
