2021 Brier tickets go on sale this week
The Tim Hortons Brier in Kelowna is just over a year away.
The Canadian men’s curling championship will be held at Prospera Place from March 6-14, 2021.
It’s been more than 50 years since the Brier was held in Kelowna.
Ticket packages for the event go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m.
The first 500 full-event ticket package customers will receive a package from Curling Canada’s official merchandise partner, Kenora Designs for free. The package consists of an FM radio to listen to the TSN broadcast audio while at the Tim Hortons Brier (value: $30), a $10 online store credit, and a $10 in-venue store credit.
Here’s a look at what will be available on Friday:
Regular Full Event Package ($499)
Premium Full Event Package ($539); A limited number of club seats (featuring cushioned seat bottoms and drink holders) and premium home end seats are available.
Opening Weekend Package ($119): A single ticket to the first five draws.
All ticket packages are subject to standard facility and ticket service fees, and will be available online at curling.ca/tickets, in person at the Prospera Place box office and by phone at (250) 762 5050.
“The 2021 Tim Hortons Brier is more than just the world’s most famous national curling championship, of course,” said a news release from Curling Canada. “It also features the world’s most famous curling party, AKA the World Famous Patch! It will be located a short stroll away from the arena at the Delta Grand Okanagan Hotel, where fans will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with the athletes, enjoy live music, dancing, drinks and food, as well as interactive activities for the entire family.”
