Orchard Park Shopping Centre is asking permission from Kelowna City Council to shave some real estate off the old Sears Home and divy up the space into 5 retailers. They also want to add and redesign the parking stalls in the SE corner of the lot.
This should make parking for the Farmer’s Market better too!
